ANNOUNCEMENT OF OPENING THE RAILWAY AT NGHE AN ON THE EVENING OF 28/9

At 22h20 on 28/9, Hoang Mai station was electrified at Km 256 + 220 to 256 + 235 of Hoang Mai - Cau Giat (Nghe An) due to heavy rain, the road was landslide near the edge of the parrot of about 17m long, the train could not run, had to lock down to wait fix. Trains have to wait at stations:
- Train SE8 departing Saigon on September 27 to Cau Giat station at 1:40 waiting for schedule;
- Train SE4 departs Hue on September 28 to Cho Sy station at 23:42 waiting for the schedule;
- Train NA2 departing Vinh on September 28 to Cau Giat station at 23:25 waiting for the schedule.
- Train SE3 departs Hanoi on September 28 to Truong Lam station at 23:53 waiting for the schedule;
- Train SE1 departs Hanoi on 28/9 to Hoang Mai station at 3h07 waiting for the schedule.

MORE THAN 15,000 BILLION INVESTORS IN NATIONAL RAILWAY STAGE 2021-2025

In 2022, the capital for the investment of railway infrastructure through the Ministry of GTVT is 1,837/50.328 billion VND, about 3.65%; The economic career capital for the maintenance of railway infrastructure is 3,000 billion VND, reaching about 40% with the demand.
Own capital of the enterprise (VN General Railway Company) mainly uses investment in vehicles, transport equipment such as locomotives, wagons... According to the report of the General Railway Company of Vietnam, the self-propelled capital in 2021 is 61 billion VND, in 2022 it is expected to be 64.6 billion VND.
For capital raised from socialization, according to data from the Ministry of GTVT, the 2016-2020 period raised 43.2 billion VND to invest in beaches at Yen Vien, Dong Anh stations; VND 1.302 billion for lifting project Binh Loi bridge to meet the needs of rail, inland waterway transportation in Binh Duong province and city. HCM.

Implementing the medium-term public investment plan 2021-2025, the Ministry of GTVT has completed the preparation of investing 6 renovation projects, upgrading essential works on existing railway lines including: Renovation projects, upgrading Ha section Noi - Vinh, Vinh - Nha Trang, Nha Trang - Saigon, Hoa Duyet area - Thanh Luyen railway line Hanoi - City. HCM; Renovation, upgrade stations on Northern Railways; Upgrade Duong River Waterway (Duong Railway Bridge).
At the same time, deploying the preparation work to invest some important new routes connecting international gateways, international airports, transport frontlines as the basis for consideration to include in the next medium-term plan such as: Tuyen Vanh Eastern belt of Hanoi, City. Ho Chi Minh City - Can Tho, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau, Thu Thiem - Long Thanh...
