That's 2400 HP Diesel Hydrolic Loco ... Interesting indeed ... for using through flood zone ...
HERE is very reason we want to get Diesel Hydrolic Locos with such a powerful engine

Unfortunately, CC300 can't be used for crossing flooded tracks, due to the presence of electronic components on its bogies.

Does not matter, just simply seal them up like we have done to our GEK loco during the flood of 2011!
