The atmosphere surrounding railway tourism, facilitated by the State Railway of Thailand (SRT), has been bustling along the newly introduced eastern route from Bangkok to Chonburi (Hua Lamphong Station to Pattaya Station to Juk Samet Station). Reporters noted a particularly lively scene at Pattaya Station in Chonburi, with a significant number of both locals and tourists using the inbound and outbound services.
The daily schedule includes a train departing from Hua Lamphong Station (Bangkok) at 10:35 AM, arriving at Pattaya Station (Chonburi), and concluding at Juk Samet Station. The return journey from Juk Samet Station (Chonburi) to Hua Lamphong Station (Bangkok) is scheduled for 1:30 PM for standard trains.
Recognizing the importance of promoting tourism in the eastern region, the SRT has added an air-conditioned sprinter train service on the Hua Lamphong (Bangkok) to Juk Samet (Chonburi) route. This train will arrive at Pattaya Station at 9:30 AM and return from Juk Samet Station at 3:30 PM every Saturday and Sunday.
