วันนี้ 16 มีนาคม 2559 เมื่อเวลา 09.42 น. ขบวน 456 ได้ชนโค เพศเมีย บริเวณ สทล.ที่ 922/15 ระหว่างสถานีชุมทางหาดใหญ่ - สถานีบ้านดินลาน เป็นเหตุให้รถจักรดีเซลเลขที่ 4029 ท่อลมดูดแคป 1 ขาดชำรุด เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องนำซากโคที่ถูกชนออกพ้นการกีดขวาง และขบวน 456 สามารถทำขบวนรถต่อไปปลายทางได้ตามปกติ
