🚂 โครงการ ทางรถไฟสายใหม่ อยู่ในช่วงก่อสร้าง “เด่นชัย-เชียงราย-เชียงของ” โดยพะเยาจะมี
- สถานีพะเยา(บ้านหวาย)
- สถานีแม่กา(ม.พะเยา)
โดยมีอุโมงค์ยาวที่สุดในไทย 6.2 กม. ส่งเสริมการเดินทาง และการขนส่งสินค้าจากประเทศไทยไปยังประเทศเพื่อนบ้านได้ง่ายขึ้น และค่าใช้จ่ายลดลง
เปิดให้บริการในปี 2571 ช่วยลดระยะเวลาการเดินทางได้เร็วกว่า 1-1.30 ชั่วโมง เมื่อเทียบกับการเดินทางด้วยรถยนต์ จึงเป็นเส้นทางรถไฟแห่งอนาคตที่จะสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม

พะเยา – คาดโครงการก่อสร้างรถไฟเด่นชัย-เชียงราย ขวางทางน้ำ-อ่างฯพัง..มวลน้ำป่าหลากล้นลำห้วย ทะลักท่วมหมู่บ้าน-ชุมชนหอพักหน้า ม.พะเยา ฉับพลัน ชาวบ้าน-นิสิตนักศึกษาหนีตายกันโกลาหล ล่าสุดพบกระแสน้ำเชี่ยวกรากพัดรถราพังเสียหายกว่า 200 คัน

วันนี้(17 ก.ย.) ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานความคืบหน้าน้ำป่าถล่มหมู่บ้าน-ชุมชนหอพักหน้ามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เช้าตรู่ที่ผ่านมา ว่า ได้สร้างความเสียหายให้กับหอพัก-บ้านเรือน ทรัพย์สิน ชาวบ้านหมู่ 16 ต.แม่กา อ.เมืองพะเยา อย่างหนัก รถยนต์/รถจักรยานยนต์ของนักศึกษา มากกว่า 100 คัน ถูกน้ำ ป่า และดินโคลนพัดจนรถไหลกระจัดกระจายทับกำแพง

ขณะนี้เจ้าหน้าที่หลายหน่วยงาน กู้ชีพกู้ภัย เทศบาลตำบลแม่กาและผู้นำส่วนท้องถิ่น ยังคงระดมกำลังช่วยเหลือนักศึกษาและชาวบ้าน อย่างต่อเนื่อง

ทั้งนี้มีรายงานว่า สาเหตุที่ทำให้น้ำป่าทะลักลงลำห้วย-ล้นตลิ่ง เข้าท่วมชุมชนย่านหน้ามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา แบบฉับพลันครั้งนี้ ส่วนหนึ่งคาดว่าได้รับผลกระทบจากโครงการก่อสร้างทางรถไฟเด่นชัย-เชียงราย ซึ่งมีการปิดกั้นทางน้ำ รวมทั้งอ่างกักเก็บน้ำพัง ทำให้มวลน้ำไหลทะลักเข้าท่วมในพื้นที่

Phayao - It is suspected that the Denchai-Chiang Rai railway construction project blocked waterways and caused a reservoir to collapse. Flash floods overflowed the creek and suddenly inundated villages and student housing communities in front of Phayao University. Villagers and students fled in chaos. The latest reports show that the strong current has damaged over 200 vehicles.

Today (September 17), reporters provided updates on the flash flood that hit villages and student housing communities in front of Phayao University early this morning. The flood caused severe damage to dormitories, houses, and properties of villagers in Village 16, Mae Ka Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phayao. More than 100 cars and motorcycles belonging to students were swept away by the flood and mud, scattering and piling up against walls.

Currently, officials from various agencies, rescue teams, Mae Ka Subdistrict Municipality, and local leaders are still mobilizing to assist students and villagers.

It has been reported that the cause of the sudden flash flood that inundated the community in front of Phayao University is partly suspected to be the impact of the Denchai-Chiang Rai railway construction project, which blocked waterways and caused a reservoir to collapse, leading to the flooding in the area.
